INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS FOR PREPARATION AND USE

Allow the water to cool to lukewarm and follow mixing instructions carefully. Use only the scoop enclosed in this box to measure simila3 powder. If you prepare more than one feeding it must be refrigerated at 35+ 40° F [2] [ 4 C) and used within 24 hours. Once feeding begins, use within one hour or discard.

PREPARING A SINGLE FEEDING:

1.Throughly wash bonding bottle or bowl, nipple, cap and all utensils to be in preparing the feeding

2.Afer rinsing soap from the utensils boil them for 5 minutes

3.Provide clean surface on which to prepare the formula

4.In separate pan, heat water to a rolling boil for 5 minutes and allow it to cool to lukewarm

5.Pour the correct amount of lukewarm, previously boiled water into the sterilized feeding bottle or bowl.

6. Fill enclosed scoop, then scrape level with the straight edge of the knife.

7. Add one level  enclosed scoop (approximately 5.1 g) of Similac 3 powder each 30m of water in the bottle or bowl. 

8.Mix until completely dissolved. Test temperature and feed.

9. After feeding discard any unused muda within 1 hour
