Zenegra 50 mg contains sildenafil, a phosphodiesterase type-5 (PDE5) inhibitor that enhances blood flow to the male genital organ by relaxing smooth muscles in blood vessels. It is primarily used for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED). It may also be prescribed for pulmonary arterial hypertension under medical supervision.

Important: This medicine does not cure erectile dysfunction or improve fertility. It should not be promoted as a “before sex pill”; use only as medically indicated.

Indications
• Erectile dysfunction (primary use)
• Pulmonary arterial hypertension (secondary use under prescription)

Dosage & Administration
• Recommended dose: 50 mg taken once, 30–60 minutes before sexual activity
• Maximum frequency: Not more than once in 24 hours
• Can be taken with or without food (heavy meals may delay onset)
• Sexual stimulation is required for effectiveness

Duration of Effect
Effects typically last 4 to 6 hours.
